What is Kamigo?
Kamigo is an online platform that you, as an accountant, can use to communicate with your end clients. Through Kamigo, clients receive:- Questionnaires and tasks
- Reminders when something is still open
- Insight into completed tasks
Furthermore, the customer does not need to install any software - everything works through his or her browser.
Logging in for the first time:
The client receives an invitation email from their accountant with a link. By following this link, they can create their own Kamigo account.

- Open the invitation email and click on "create an account"
- Choose and confirm your password
- Confirm your email address with the code you receive by email

Log in to Kamigo & set password
Navigating Kamigo:
Once the customer logs in to Kamigo, they arrive at the Kamigo Dashboard. This is the central starting point from which the customer can easily access all the platform's functionalities.
Dashboard overview:
The dashboard provides the customer with a clear overview of the various components within Kamigo, including:
Inbox: View and manage incoming messages, open and completed tasks such as completing and signing the questionnaire, approving the invoice, and uploading documents.
Accounting: Consult the tasks assigned by the accountant.
Your Apps: An overview of additional modules and applications within Kamigo.
Navigation bar:
On the left side of the screen is the menu bar, which allows the customer to quickly navigate to all important parts of Kamigo:
Home: Return to the main screen.
Inbox: View and manage incoming messages, open and completed tasks.
Accounting: Consult the tasks assigned by the accountant.
Account Settings: At the bottom of the navigation bar (bar with the customer's name), the customer can manage his or her personal settings and preferences.
With this intuitive layout, Kamigo ensures that the customer can work smoothly and efficiently within the platform.
